Claims Adjuster (Filipino) - Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with claimants. This is a contract role suitable for men with no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering information from various sources such as interviews, documents, and inspections.
- Analyze policy coverage to determine the extent of liability for each claim.
- Evaluate damages and losses to determine the appropriate amount of compensation.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and prepare reports for management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Nairobi.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in insurance or claims adjusting is a plus but not required.

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1600$ per month.
