Adjuster - Contract Position (Pakistani Nationals Only)


We are seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for evaluating and settling insurance claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with claimants. This is a contract position suitable for men with a biometric passport. No English language skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including gathering information from various sources such as witnesses, police reports, and medical records
- Evaluate claims based on policy terms and conditions, determining coverage and liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants in a fair and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and decisions made
- Communicate effectively with clients, third-party adjusters, legal counsel, and other involved parties
- Keep up-to-date on industry developments and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 USD per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nairobi, Kenya. However, it is open to Pakistani nationals only.
