We are in search of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Faro. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and security. You will also be responsible for managing our systems, including servers, databases, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment
- Troubleshooting network issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of all network components
- Managing servers, databases, and other IT systems to ensure their availability and optimal performance
- Implementing security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
- Conducting regular system backups to ensure data integrity
- Providing technical support to internal users on network and system-related issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Network or Systems Administrator is preferred but not required
- A degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is required
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems is necessary; Linux knowledge is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
