Carpenter for Construction Company in Al-Kuwait

We are a reputable construction company located in the vibrant city of Al-Kuwait and we are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, including Pakistani and African nationals. This is an English speaking job and fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on construction sites
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim using appropriate tools
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Work with different types of wood materials including hardwoods, softwoods, and engineered wood products
- Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, drills to create various shapes and sizes
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations in Al-Kuwait is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates without current sponsorship
