Responsibilities:

- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams
- Enforce company policies and guidelines for user behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community engagement and resolve issues
- Provide regular reports on community activity and identify trends or areas of improvement

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with sensitivity
- Experience moderating online communities (preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and content management systems

Salary:
