Moderator for Online Discussion Forum


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Moderator to join our growing online discussion forum in Beer-Sheva. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the forum to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all members.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum activity and respond to member inquiries and comments
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines, including removing inappropriate content and banning disruptive users
- Facilitate discussions by posing relevant questions and encouraging member participation
- Identify potential spam or fake accounts and take necessary action
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Provide support to members experiencing technical difficulties or issues with the forum

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, as all discussions on the forum are conducted in English
- Prior experience moderating an online community or discussion forum is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with members from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diffuse conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with various social media platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (preference for Indian candidates)

Visa/Travel: Free visa sponsorship provided. Candidate must arrange their own travel arrangements.

Accommodation: This is a remote position without accommodation provided. Candidate must have access to reliable internet connection.
