Sales Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- No previous experience required, but sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments
- Ability to obtain own visa for working in Lithuania
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing and product development) to ensure alignment of strategies and goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and challenges
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients
