A typesetter is responsible for preparing text and images for printing and publishing. They work with various design and layout software to create visually appealing documents, ensuring that all elements are correctly formatted and aligned. Responsibilities:
- Receive text and images from clients or editors
- Format text using appropriate font, size, spacing, and alignment
- Choose suitable images and graphics to complement the written content
- Use design software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress to create layouts
- Adjust layouts to fit specific printing specifications
- Proofread for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and printers to ensure high-quality final products
- Stay updated on industry trends and new software developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent understanding of typography and design principles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat, a bustling city known for its textile industry. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate if not already based in the city.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with free visa and ticket for international candidates.
