Plasterer Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team in Karachi. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plasterers on various construction projects. Your role will involve supervising the plastering process, ensuring high-quality work, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of plasterers.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of plastering work.
- Train new employees on proper plastering techniques.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Order materials and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other tradespeople.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Experience with mixers, scaffolding, and other tools used in plastering.
- Own visa with valid documentation (preferred).
