- Assist clients in navigating our website and understanding our products/services

- Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with company's products/services and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Empathetic attitude towards clients' needs and concerns
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
