Landscape Gardener
We are in need of a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and maintaining outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, and public areas. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create beautiful and functional landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning outdoor spaces based on client preferences and site conditions
- Planting and maintaining trees, flowers, shrubs, and other plants
- Installing irrigation systems and maintaining proper watering schedules
- Ensuring the health of plants by identifying and treating diseases or pests
- Maintaining garden structures such as fences, benches, and pathways
- Regularly mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds
- Working with various tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, shovels, etc.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is required
- Knowledge of plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to design aesthetically pleasing landscapes while also considering functionality
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Attention to detail for precise planting and maintenance work
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment in Lithuania
