Architectural Designer


We are a leading architectural firm in Washington, seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings
- Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Canadian nationality or experience working in Canada
- Fluent in English
- Student looking for part-time or summer job opportunities
