Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Monitor progress and provide guidance/support as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team/processes and implement solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints
