Team Lead - Customer Service (Indian Nationals)
We are a dynamic and growing company in Las Vegas, seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our Customer Service team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor performance of team members and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent English communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
