Painter for Boutique Hotel in Lahore, Pakistan


As a painter for our boutique hotel in Lahore, Pakistan, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our property. You will work closely with our interior design team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are painted and maintained according to our brand standards. Your duties will include prepping and painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with high-quality paint products. You must have experience working with a variety of painting techniques and tools, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to ensure clean lines and smooth finishes. You must also have knowledge of color theory and be able to mix and match paint colors accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work area while completing your tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Extensive knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting

Responsibilities:
- Prep walls, ceilings, and other surfaces by scraping off old paint or wallpaper
- Repair any damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters using plastic drop cloths or tape
- Apply paints using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Mix paints according to color specifications provided by interior design team
- Ensure clean lines and smooth finishes on all painted surfaces
- Maintain an organized and clean work area at all times
- Complete tasks efficiently within given timeframes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month with accommodation provided.
