Baker for a Busy Bakery in Chelyabinsk



Our bakery in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. You must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate pastries and desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality before being served or sold

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a baker in a commercial bakery
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills
- Fluent in Russian (English is not required)

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation not provided)
