Electrician Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electricians and ensuring that all electrical work is completed efficiently and according to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards
- Plan and schedule projects, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Collaborate with other departments or contractors to coordinate work schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Good communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina
- Certification or license as an electrician preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. In addition to your salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for non-local candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
