Front-End Developer

Our company is a fast-growing tech startup based in Utena, seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. This position is open to both Malayalees and foreigners who are fluent in English.

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user interface designs for our web applications. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our website and other digital platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create responsive web designs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Develop and maintain front-end libraries and frameworks
- Conduct regular testing of website features for compatibility across multiple devices and browsers
- Optimize website performance for fast loading times
- Troubleshoot website issues as they arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and other front-end frameworks
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
