Merchandiser - Entry Level


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandiser in Washington. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked properly in retail stores. This is an entry level position, making it perfect for students or those looking to gain experience in the merchandising industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores and maintain product displays according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the appropriate team members
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure our products are being promoted effectively
- Conduct regular audits of product placement and pricing in stores
- Provide feedback on consumer trends and competitor activity to assist with future product development

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time while stocking shelves
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1500 per month
