Florist Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced florists to design and create beautiful floral arrangements for our clients. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1300$. We welcome applications from individuals of any nationality who are fluent in English, and no prior experience is required. However, applicants must have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, as well as the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting lead florists in designing and creating floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily orders
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Cleaning and organizing work area to ensure efficiency
- Assisting with flower deliveries and installations as needed
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Learning about different types of flowers and their care instructions

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and design
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience working in a flower shop or similar environment
- Knowledge of different flower types, colors, and arrangements
