English Teacher


We are hiring an experienced English Teacher to join our team in Malindi. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and levels, with a focus on improving their language skills and overall understanding of the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs and abilities of each student
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes active participation and academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in an international setting
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential
