Our restaurant in Kaunas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including customer service, staff management, food quality, and cleanliness
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
- Must be fluent in English

Salary: 1800$ per month
