Executive Chef
Our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee the food operations of our establishment. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and providing an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and service
- Collaborate with other departments to create special menus for events or occasions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while controlling costs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other departments and communicate with staff
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred
