Typesetter


We are a publishing company based in Kaunas and we are seeking a skilled typesetter to join our team. As a typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for print and digital publications. This is a full-time position that does not require fluency in English or any previous experience. We welcome all nationalities and provide visa sponsorship for foreign workers.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to specified design templates
- Proofread content for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and layouts
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to determine layout requirements
- Use publishing software to create digital files for print or online publication

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using publishing software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience as a typesetter or graphic designer is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. We do not provide accommodation for employees.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required during busy periods.
