Residential Cleaner

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Residential Cleaner for a full-time position in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of homes, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic living space for our clients. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills, as well as individuals who are comfortable working in a female-dominated environment. The salary for this role is $900 per month, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the home
- Change bed linens and do laundry as needed
- Keep cleaning supplies stocked and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting, etc.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those comfortable working in a diverse environment
