Puncher - Fabricator

Our company is in search of a skilled Puncher - Fabricator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Puncher - Fabricator, you will be responsible for punching and fabricating metal sheets and components according to specifications provided by engineers and designers. You will also be required to operate various machines and tools, such as punches, saws, grinders, and drills.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience as a Puncher or Fabricator in a metal fabrication setting. They should also possess strong technical skills and the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of various welding techniques is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Punch holes, slots, and other shapes in metal sheets using various tools and machines.
- Operate machines such as punches, saws, grinders, and drills.
- Read engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in punching and fabricating.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and rulers to ensure precise measurements.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher or Fabricator in a metal fabrication setting.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of various welding techniques is preferred.
- Ability to operate various machinery and tools safely.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: $1500 per month
