Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients with their computer systems, software, and hardware. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as set up and maintain computer systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients with their computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Set up and maintain computer systems for clients.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Provide training on basic computer functions and software applications to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for computer systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus).
- Must have a biometric passport.

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. However, due to the current situation with COVID-19, remote work may be possible until it is safe to resume working in the office.
