Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This includes assisting with hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and system maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Knowledge of various operating systems and proficiency in computer hardware and software is also required.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up new computer systems, installing software updates, and ensuring all devices are running smoothly. You will also provide training to clients on how to use new technology and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
