Waiter/Waitress


As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our restaurant in Bayan, Pakistan. Your main responsibility will be taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the dining area is clean and organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and seat them at their tables
- Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate orders from customers and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure their satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Collect payments from customers and process them accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and overall dining area throughout the shift
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
