Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for our rental company in Eldoret, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and handle any complaints or issues that may arise.

Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails and messages, and greeting customers in person. You will also be responsible for processing rental orders, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must also have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred but not required.
