Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator for our company in Eldoret, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our rental operations. This position is suitable for men without any prior experience and does not require proficiency in English. In this role, you will be provided with free accommodation, visa, and ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain accurate records of rental equipment and their availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and repair of rental equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding rentals
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new equipment as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services to potential customers
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication skills in English or Swahili (depending on customer needs)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
