Office Assistant - Indian National (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our company. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1500$, including accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Perform general office maintenance tasks such as ordering supplies and keeping the office tidy
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
