We need an experienced and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design and develop construction plans for various projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, creating detailed drawings and models, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials, as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create construction plans that meet client requirements
- Conduct site surveys and analyze existing structures to gather information for design development
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in design plans
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to obtain necessary information for project development
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Khanpur or similar location
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
