Indian Moderator - English Speaking (Las Vegas)

We are hiring an Indian Moderator who is fluent in English to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure that all content follows community guidelines and policies. You must have prior experience moderating online communities and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms for inappropriate or offensive content
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by removing or flagging violating content
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop new community guidelines or policies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions taken

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with legal work authorization in the US
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of internet culture and trends
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Must be able to work full-time without the need for accommodation
