Machine Operator

We are in search of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process.

To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator and be familiar with various types of machinery. Knowledge of safety protocols and mechanical aptitude is also required. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus.

As this role requires operating heavy machinery, physical strength and stamina are essential. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation for our employees from the Philippines. Candidates who hold their own visa are preferred, but we are willing to sponsor work visas for exceptional candidates.
