Loader Specialist


We are currently hiring for a Loader Specialist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Loader Specialist, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto trucks or other vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured and accounted for. This role requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and cranes to move materials
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other vehicles, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Secure all items being transported to prevent damage during transit
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading schedules and ensure efficient workflow
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures when operating equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must have valid visa sponsorship in Kuwait

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
