Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, including accommodation, visa, and ticket expenses covered by the company. The candidate should be fluent in English and able to work well in a multicultural environment. Prior experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred.
