Florist for a Busy Flower Shop in Ar Rumaythiyah, India



We are in search of a skilled and creative Florist to join our busy flower shop in Ar Rumaythiyah, India. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays and bouquets for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and plants, ordering new supplies when needed, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for flowers and possess a strong eye for detail. You should also have excellent communication skills to understand the customers' requests and preferences. Additionally, you must be physically fit as the job involves standing for long periods and carrying heavy buckets of water and flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients' needs.
- Maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and plants.
- Ordering new supplies when needed.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding their requests and preferences.
- Processing payment transactions accurately.
- Offering creative suggestions to clients based on their budget and occasion.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions.
- Ability to design unique floral arrangements according to clients' requests.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods and carry heavy buckets of water/flowers.
- Basic math skills to process payment transactions accurately.
- A creative eye with attention to detail.
