Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will also need to have a deep understanding of our products or services in order to effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
Responsibilities:
-Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
-Contact potential customers and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
-Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers in person, via phone, or through online platforms.
-Understand the needs of potential customers and recommend the best solutions that meet their requirements.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with customers.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
-Provide after-sales support by addressing any customer concerns or issues.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
-Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
-Able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
-Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
