We are a fast-growing company in Herzliya, Israel seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large amounts of data to provide valuable insights and inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Identify patterns, trends and discrepancies in the data
- Develop and implement data cleansing processes
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex datasets
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience working with Big Data platforms like Hadoop or Spark
