Senior Architect - Washington, DC, USA



We are currently hiring a Senior Architect for our well-established architectural firm based in Washington, DC. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects. This is a full-time position open to Pakistani nationals with no English language requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.
