Caregiver - Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver - Elderly Care Specialist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to elderly individuals in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medication as prescribed by the individual's doctor
- Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Providing companionship and emotional support to the individual
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the individual's health or behavior
- Coordinating appointments and transportation for medical visits
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- Experience working with elderly individuals is preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Must be physically able to lift and assist individuals with mobility limitations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must have a compassionate nature and genuine interest in caring for others
