Administrator
We are hiring a skilled Administrator to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month and accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order new supplies when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic HR tasks is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time in Manama with accommodation provided
