Administrator
As an Administrator in Manama, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its employees. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments for company executives
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Maintain records and databases
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare letters, reports, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided.
