As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating with other workers on site.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Inspect cranes before each use and report any malfunctions or defects
- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials according to job requirements
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate with other workers on site to ensure safe movement of materials
- Maintain daily records of crane operations and inspections
- Conduct routine maintenance on cranes as needed
- Adhere to deadlines set by project managers
