Baker for Indian Bakery in Sheduva

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our Indian bakery in Sheduva. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian baked goods such as naan, roti, and samosas. You must have strong knowledge of Indian baking techniques and traditional recipes. This is a contract position with no English language requirement, so fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred. The salary for this position is $1600 per month without accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required.

As a Baker, your duties will include mixing and kneading dough, shaping and decorating pastries, and monitoring ovens to ensure proper baking times. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and keeping track of inventory levels.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in an Indian bakery or restaurant. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards is also important.

This role requires someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. You must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina is also important as this job can involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays.
