Are you an experienced Hotel Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity in beautiful Bergen? Our hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, without accommodation.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients and develop relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other key partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing agreements, as well as analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical abilities. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

As this is an urgent job opening, we are looking for candidates who are able to start immediately or within a short notice period. While nationality or location of the employee is not a strict requirement, candidates who are already based in Bergen or have experience working in the Norwegian hospitality industry will be given preference.
