Florist Assistant


As a Florist Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced florists to create beautiful arrangements for our clients. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about flowers and has a keen eye for detail. You will have the opportunity to learn from our talented team and gain hands-on experience in the art of floral design.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing flowers and materials for arrangements
- Arrange flowers according to specific designs and instructions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Help with packaging, labeling, and delivering orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and purchases
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care, and how to create various floral designs
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with setting up displays for events or special occasions

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in floral design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 20lbs)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bansko, a beautiful town known for its picturesque mountain views. Our shop is conveniently located near public transportation.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates from India who do not require English proficiency or previous experience. Accommodation will not be provided.
