Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi. As our Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of various construction projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will also work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop creative and functional designs that meet budget and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: 1300$ per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport may be required for travel purposes
- Previous experience working on projects in Karachi is preferred
