Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients and other team members to understand their needs and requirements, and use your technical knowledge and design skills to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design concepts that meet the project requirements
- Use AutoCAD or other design software to create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models
- Develop project proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Research materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure the design is feasible within budget constraints
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to coordinate design plans
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior designers or drafters as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Designer (freshers may be considered for junior positions)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Creative thinking skills with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (relocation assistance may be provided)
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
